Senior Program Manager

What You'll Do

• Own Integrated Solutions approvals and vetting across The Ringer podcast portfolio, triaging incoming sponsorship requests, coordinating with the right partners, and tracking requests through resolution.
• Maintain a clear view of approvals across formats and shows, including what is approved, declined, pending, or escalated.
• Be a day-to-day partner to sales teams on approval timelines, show availability, booking logistics, and podcast advertising formats, and help resolve campaign-specific blockers.
• Serve as a key connection between Spotify’s sales organization and The Ringer Studios Business Operations team, translating new formats, processes, and advertising products into clear operational plans.
• Manage The Ringer Podcast Booking Calendar, including inbound holds and bookings, new shows, editorial calendar updates, and post-sale booking changes.
• Coordinate the PS3 workstream for new Ringer show launches, partnering across pricing, talent preferences, Creative Operations, sales enablement, and go-to-market readiness.
• Support new advertising format rollouts and maintain accurate sales resources, including show sheets, FAQs, format guidance, booking tools, and other enablement materials.
• Use campaign, booking, inventory, and revenue information to identify discrepancies, surface recurring questions, and improve how the team operates.

Who You Are

• You have 4+ years of experience in media operations, advertising operations, sales support, program management, or another coordination-heavy environment.
• You’re comfortable partnering closely with sales teams and can translate what a seller needs into clear operational next steps.
• You understand the relationship between content and advertising and can navigate situations where talent preferences, brand suitability, format requirements, and commercial needs intersect.
• You’re highly organized and have a reliable approach to managing multiple open requests, dependencies, and deadlines at once.
• You communicate clearly and concisely across different audiences, from sales partners and talent representatives to content and operations teams.
• You’re comfortable working with data and revenue information, maintaining trackers, running reports, and identifying discrepancies.
• You’re comfortable with tools such as spreadsheets, Asana, Coda, Google Workspace, Slack, Salesforce, and AI-enabled tools, and can learn new systems quickly.
• You bring a collaborative, adaptable approach and are comfortable pitching in across a small team with a broad remit. Experience with podcast advertising, digital audio, media sales operations, talent approvals, or The Ringer ecosystem can help you get up to speed quickly.
