Spotify Advertising is looking for a Marketing Manager, who will be responsible for management & execution of the Advertising Business Marketing strategy in Spain. This is a contract position based in Madrid which provides cover for the incumbent Manager while they are on parental leave, for a period of 8 months (April 2026 - November 2026).
This role is part of the International team that focuses on driving awareness and consideration for Spotify’s Advertising solutions to brands and media agencies, ensuring Spotify's core ads messaging and products resonate with this audience, in a way that’s relevant to the Spanish market. Working closely with partners across the organisation, you will help create and run compelling integrated marketing campaigns, inclusive of digital, social, and experiential extensions that align with global narrative and research and drive impact.

This position reports to the Regional Marketing Manager overseeing France and Spain and will involve close collaboration with local, regional, and international teams. The position is hybrid, with the expectation to work from our Madrid office at least 2 days per week.
